Position specification

The main purpose of the Sales Director is to develop sustainable cooperation with the key customers in EMEA region and ensure stable projects pipeline for the Company.

Main Responsibilities

• Strategic sales management

• New business development

• Tender management

• Chartering company fleet

• Company presentation in marine community

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge

• 3+ years experience working in the marine environment, 5+ years of experience in sales.

• Strong understanding of dredging market and competition

• Strong understanding of the tender procedures in EMEA region

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to build/develop relationships at all levels.

• Wide contact network

• The salary will be determined based on the results of the interview
